Practice: Per the soliciting for proposals option, the district requested proposals from the following banks: BOM Bank, Sabine State Bank, Shelby Savings Bank, and Southside Bank by mail.

• Banks were given a question opportunity with WSISD Finance until 3:00 pm on June 25, 2025 with responses due back by 4:00 pm on June 30, 2025.

After Tabulation, the discussion was deliberated in a public meeting with the Board of Trustees on July 21, 2025 as item 10.K.
